It's a life-long experiment and an ad(venture) to preserve and to reinterpret sicilian food culture.
The sicilian culture is commonly known for grilled fish, some pasta-dishes, citrus fruits and mostly for mafia. Errare scrotum est. We're far away from the truth. The culture of this rude yet beautiful isle is very old and likewise manifold.
Their heritage lies in patisserie, ice cream, cous cous, nerdy street food, while having an amazing savage flora. It's countless, and the problem they have now is that they stick to the past instead of looking into the future.
What we did was to dig deep into the sicilian cultural and culinary traditions, traveling through this beautiful isle, talking to people, eat, talk love and repeat. From here we were able to develop a triangle-based identity either for recipe and taste systems as well as a logo system that could reflect tradition and innovation at the same time.
